Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Manager for the CFO Accounting Advisory practice focusing on Aerospace and Defense and Government Contracting clients. You will lead teams, manage engagements, and collaborate with partners to scope and win opportunities.

You will guide work, review outputs with leadership, and drive client satisfaction while mentoring staff and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eight (8+) years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Five (5+) years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense and Government Contract clients.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA certification and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement oversight and client interaction to achieve satisfaction.
• Plan and manage deadlines, budgets, and resources for engagements.
• Develop proposals and present findings to clients and leadership.
• Mentor staff and drive development of junior managers and seniors.
