You will collaborate with partners and managers to scope and budget engagements, pursue new opportunities, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to senior client

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA certification.
• Strong modeling and Excel skills; data-driven insights.
• Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement oversight and client interaction to ensure satisfaction.
• Set and meet deadlines, profitability, and collections objectives.
• Develop new engagements and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Provide mentorship to managers and senior staff and contribute to talent development.
