Qualifications

• Case Manager Certification required.
• Five years in utilization management or case management.
• Three years of hospital-based nursing or social work.
• Three years of demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising and managing all aspects of the local level program.
• Coordinates day-to-day operations of the program at the unit level.
• Leads a high-performance team and drives performance improvement.
• Interacts with physicians and care partners to improve quality outcomes.
• Ensures safe care and adherence to policies within budget.
