Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead and shape HR modernization efforts for clients, leveraging digital solutions, automation, and AI to optimize HR functions and employee experience.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep HR transformation expertise, and strong client relationships, with responsibility for end-to-end project delivery and business development in a global context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale HR transformation projects (3+ years).
• Experience designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
• Experience with global multinational clients and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape HR transformation strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Manage client relationships and advise on HR operating models, technology, and value realization.
• Design HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and interaction models including location strategy and sizing.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication to enable adoption and sustainable transformation.
• Lead business development efforts, including client proposals and strategic offerings.
