Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead and shape HR initiatives in the digital age, integrating AI, automation and talent management to optimize client organizations. You will drive end-to-end delivery and work with senior stakeholders to transform HR operations globally.

In this role you will guide change management, leverage analytics, and drive measurable outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on HR operating models.
• Develop HR transformation strategies blending traditional HR with AI, automation and digital solutions.
• Drive value cases and roadmaps aligning HR with business strategy.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects within time and budget.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement.
