The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and ability to drive results across functions with technology partners. Office-based location in Charlotte, NC opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4 years).
• 7+ years of experience in analytics or data roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate highly complex, ambiguous business requests and determine the best solution path.
• Define strategic business logic, KPIs, measures, and structured solution approaches for impact-driven analytics.
• Lead and coordinate complex analytics or innovation-led solutions with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Influence stakeholders, align priorities, and manage tradeoffs across outcomes and options.
• Route standard outputs back to Data Product Developers when applicable.
• Document solution approaches, requirements, decisions, and logic to support execution and reuse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
