Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead the architecture, strategy, and daily ops of our global GTM tech stack. You’ll own Salesforce, Clari, Backstory, SAP Commissions, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, guiding a team and partnering with Sales, Finance, and IT to drive enhancements and governance.

You will champion AI-enabled workflows, automate processes, and ensure SOX controls and data integrity while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders in a high-tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Systems in high-tech SaaS environments.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred along with advanced knowledge of Salesforce lifecycle, security profiles, and hierarchies.
• Experience with Clari, SAP Commissions, Backstory (People.ai), LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL, Workbench, Dataloader, JIRA, and ServiceNow is a plus.

• Act as domain owner for core sales tech stack: Salesforce, Clari, Backstory, SAP Commissions, LinkedIn Navigator.
