Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree with 7 years of finance/business management experience, or a master’s with 5 years, or a PhD with 3 years.
• Experience with developing and presenting financial information and risk assessments to leadership.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial business analysis and reporting for management on program status and analyses.
• Coordinate with contracts, pricing, proposal development, accounting, and financial planning and scheduling functions.
• Conduct cost and schedule analyses to ensure contracts meet cost and schedule parameters and government guidelines.
• Support proposal preparation, fact-finding, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Collaborate with IPTs on internal/external interactions, EVMS implementation, and CAM duties; assist PMs/CAMs; review EACs and variance analyses.
• Ensure uncompromising quality, accountability, and achievement of financial goals and team performance.
