Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with related professional/military experience in contracts, finance, or proposals
• Aerospace/defense industry experience preferred
• Experience managing relationships with program management, subcontracts, pricing, and government agencies
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types with the defense industry
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and proposal development/negotiation processes
• Active US Government secret clearance (or eligibility) with potential SAP clearance

Responsibilities

• Administers, extends, and negotiates standard and nonstandard contracts
• Leads and coordinates contract flow between program managers, legal, and support teams
• Prepares bids, reviews specifications, reports, and maintains historical information
• Manages processes, tools, systems, and procedures across the division
• Communicates industry developments and ensures timely responses to data requests
• Provides leadership and guidance to contracts team and stakeholders
• Solves complex problems by synthesizing information from multiple sources
