Job summary

CARFAX, based in Centreville, VA, is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Analytics to steer an analytics engine driving global growth. You will lead competitive intelligence and data protection, turning raw data into compelling narratives for executive leadership.

The role requires weekly in-office presence and strong alignment with governance and strategy. You will mentor analysts, work with Product, Legal, IT, Sales and Marketing to uncover revenue opportunities, and advance AI/ML-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Track record presenting to C-Suite executives and influencing multi-million-dollar decisions.
• Ability to identify high-impact AI use cases and drive from concept to production.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a high-impact analytics roadmap across global business units.
• Oversee competitive intelligence to translate market shifts into actionable pivots.
• Partner with Product, Legal and IT to govern data protection and compliance.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
