Responsibilities

• Leads a team of business analysts and oversees hiring, training, performance management, and development.
• Prioritizes work based on priorities, project demand, and resource capacity.
• Monitors deliverables for quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Establishes standards, templates, and processes across projects.
• Collaborates with leadership, IT, and operations to align analysis activities with goals.
