Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 1+ year shared services experience in a related role is required.
• 3+ years experience in a business analytics role is required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes Shared Services functions for process assessment.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Develops measurement strategies and reporting systems.
