Qualifications

• Must have six months prior laboratory or blood bank manufacturing experience.
• Team lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and training assigned staff.
• Ensure adequate inventory of supplies.
• Manufacture and distribute blood and blood products.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
• Operate and maintain equipment, performing quality control checks.

Skills

Ability to organize work for timely completion

Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions

Ability to multi-task, maintaining safety of blood components

Effective oral and written communication skills

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
