Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in report specifications, testing, analytics, or related operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and diagramming tools (Excel, SQL, Visio).
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
• Develop detailed report specifications aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex requirements into user-friendly report designs.
• Lead testing for newly developed reports and ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality assurance to resolve discrepancies in reporting outputs.
• Document current processes, workflows, and systems for improvement and regulatory QA.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation and coordinate reporting activities within projects.
• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze data trends to support strategic decision-making.
