You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk teams to drive a simple, secure payment experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in payments at a SaaS or subscription-based e-commerce business.
• Expert-level understanding of credit/debit card processing and payment ecosystems.
• Experience with Stripe is essential.
• Demonstrated track record developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Proven history of effective cross-functional partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations and card industry rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a roadmap for billing, payments processing and risk management with cross-functional partners.
• Lead optimization of billing platforms and payment processing tools and operations.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for payment incidents and remediation activities across markets.
• Manage risk, fraud and chargebacks, and drive improvements in payment success rates.
• Monitor KPIs and vendor performance, and lead cost optimization and ROI initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Payment Operations team and ensure ongoing process improvements.
