Job summary

Rocket Lawyer in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Senior Manager, Billing and Payment Operations to lead global billing, payments processing, and risk management. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk to optimize the end-to-end payment experience and reduce refunds and chargebacks.

You will own KPI reporting, vendor relationships, and the implementation of new billing options, while mentoring a small Payments Operations team across regions.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of payments experience in SaaS or subscription business.
• Strong knowledge of credit/debit card processing and related ecosystems.
• Experience with Stripe is essential.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the billing, payment processing and risk management roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Risk for alignment.
• Constantly optimize billing and payment platforms and workflows.
• Manage incidents and drive remediation with cross-functional resources.
• Oversee end-to-end payment operations to improve customer experience.
