Job summary

Baringa in the US is seeking a Sr Manager - Banking & Markets to lead large-scale technology and digital transformation programs for financial services clients, shaping strategies, and delivering pragmatic, value-focused outcomes.

You’ll mentor teams, build the US practice alongside senior partners, and help grow client relationships, with a hybrid working model and opportunities to shape data, AI, and risk initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting/industry experience in Financial Services.
• Experience in digital assets and technology functions of Financial Services.
• Banking product knowledge across Retail, Commercial/Corporate and/or Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, shape, and deliver large-scale technology and digital transformation programs for financial services clients.
• Maximise client value through digital assets, AI, technology and data projects, leading teams in hybrid delivery models.
• Develop our thinking through horizon scanning and research to grow Banking & Markets practice.
• Contribute to evolution of Baringa’s growth strategy and actively engage in talent acquisition.
• Mentor and advise junior team members and nurture leadership within the team.
