Job summary

Baringa is seeking a Senior Manager or Director to join our Organization Performance & Change team in the Energy & Resources sector. You will lead organizational change, advise executives on operating models, and guide adoption across large-scale programs in trading platforms and digital initiatives.

With strong experience in ETRM/CTRM and analytics, you will drive transformation while partnering with delivery and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant consulting experience with leadership of large-scale programs.
• Deep experience in organizational change management, business readiness, and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders on transformation initiatives with significant impact.
• Experience in Energy & Resources, including commodity and energy trading contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change, business readiness, and transformation workstreams across large programs.
• Advise senior stakeholders on change strategy, operating models, and workforce transformation.
• Guide change initiatives in trading platform modernization, ETRM/CTRM, and digital enablement.
• Design and deliver change strategies, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to manage impacts and adoption.
• Establish adoption metrics to realize transformation benefits and value.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business growth; coach teams.
