Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Marketing Senior Specialist for the US Marketing and Client Experience function in New York. The role supports day-to-day US marketing activity and helps launch the US Client Network for Strategy and Commercial leaders.

Working with the US Marketing Lead, account teams, and UK colleagues, you will coordinate campaigns, events, content timelines, reporting inputs, and stakeholder communications to keep activity organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, events, client engagement, community programs, social activity, client communications, or reporting.
• Strong project coordination skills to manage timelines, details, actions, and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience working across a matrixed organization with multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support US marketing activity across campaigns, social, events, webinars, content coordination, and reporting.
• Launch and coordinate US Client Network for Strategy and Commercial leaders.
• Coordinate activity across marketing, account teams, EAs, suppliers, speakers, and UK colleagues.
• Keep timelines, actions, owners, and next steps clear across workstreams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, actions, and milestones for US marketing and Client Network.
