Job summary

Baringa's Digital & Technology practice in Houston seeks an experienced Senior Manager or Director to lead complex commodity trading transformation programs, combining deep trading domain expertise with program leadership and technology delivery.

You will guide programs across mobilization, delivery, readiness, cutover, and transition into operations, partnering with trading, risk, finance, and executive stakeholders to realize the full value of technology investments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in commodities/energy trading.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management across complex programs.
• Knowledge of ETRM systems is a plus.
