Job summary

AAON is seeking a Sr. Manager, Programming to lead programming and process optimization for automated manufacturing operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop standards, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with engineering specs, quality standards, and production needs. Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing programming, fabrication processes, automated production systems, or manufacturing operations, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing programs for automated production equipment and fabrication processes.
Establish programming standards and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturability and new product introductions.
Monitor performance to improve throughput, cycle times, material utilization, and product quality.
Provide leadership and troubleshooting for programming and process issues.
