Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 8+ years in manufacturing programming with 3+ years of leadership, plus Lean/Six Sigma experience. Manage a high-performing technical team and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 8+ years of manufacturing programming experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Lean, Six Sigma or related CI certifications preferred.
• Experience with automated fabrication or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of programming for automated production equipment.
• Establish standards and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and information systems teams on manufacturability and improvements.
• Monitor performance, drive throughput, reduce cycle times, and optimize material utilization.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot programming and process issues.
