Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Leader to direct daily manufacturing activities, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time production. You will supervise a team, allocate resources, and drive improvements across processes to meet performance targets.

Collaborate with management to optimize labor and materials, maintain accurate inventory, and provide regular status updates on production challenges and achievements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain 608 refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of workers, including assigning tasks and guidance.
• Motivates and mentors team to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborates with management to ensure production targets are met.
• Allocates labor, equipment, and materials to support the production plan.
• Monitors quality control and ensures products meet standards.
• Identifies and addresses production and quality issues as they arise.
• Ensures safety protocols are followed and conducts safety training/audits.
• Looks for process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Maintains inventory levels and coordinates with inventory control teams.
• Generates reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency for management.
