Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to meet production targets.
• Allocate resources: labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor quality control and enforce standards.
• Address production and quality issues as they arise.
• Ensure safety protocols and training are followed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with inventory teams to minimize waste and optimize stock.
• Generate reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
