Qualifications

• 15 years of automotive experience including design engineering and production.
• 10 years of leadership experience in manager and/or senior manager roles.
• Experience applying regulations and customer specifications in new product environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Sales and New Model Development.
• Direct and support team members in their duties.
• Establish, communicate, and measure performance against objectives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new methods.
• Develop strategic plans and creative concepts for growth.
• Oversee management of customer accounts and propose new business opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate warranty concerns to improve product performance.
