Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in asset management.
• Proven program, project, and delivery leadership.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level.
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influence on significant matters.
• Initiating and leading business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building relationships with clients.
• Supporting the development of the practice through market research, thought leadership, and knowledge management.
• Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry with original recommendations.
