Job summary

Accenture Consulting is seeking a senior leader to drive complex transformations in asset management, engaging with senior client stakeholders and guiding large teams through delivery. You will shape strategic advice, develop client relationships, and lead initiatives that bridge business and technology.

You will contribute to market research, thought leadership, and capability development while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge in Asset Management.
• Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in Asset Management.
• Established relationships with leaders across the Asset Management industry.
• Experience managing a team of 2-10 on client-facing engagements.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous management consulting, program management, or business advisory experience a plus.
• Alternative, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior-level clients to evaluate business and technology at the strategic level.
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, including negotiating significant matters.
• Initiating and leading business development initiatives, including proposals and client relationships.
• Supporting development of the practice by driving market research, thought capital, and knowledge management.
• Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry with original recommendations.
