Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Senior Manager in our Management Consulting practice to drive strategy, operating models, and technology implementations for digital assets programs in financial services. Travel up to 80% to support client engagements and new offerings.

You will lead complex engagements, manage client relationships at the C-suite level, and help shape our digital assets offerings and go‑to‑market strategies across banking and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
• Minimum of 7 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets
• Designed or assessed operating model, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions
• Lead complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle
• Developed and managed relationships with C-suite client executives
• A Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on digital assets transformation programs including strategy development and operating model changes
• Define and implement digital asset custody and financial-crime ecosystem solutions
• Manage projects from client buy‑in to budgeting and execution
• Drive development of Accenture’s digital assets offerings and services
• Build reputation as an industry thought leader for C‑suite clients
