Accenture Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice to lead complex transformation initiatives for world-class clients. You will guide project execution, facilitate senior-level workshops, and mentor large teams while expanding client relationships and driving business development.

The role requires 10+ years of asset management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of industry experience in asset management.
• Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate business and technology at the strategic level.
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts on client engagements.
• Interacting with senior management levels at client and within Accenture, including negotiating on significant matters.
