Trinity University seeks a Director of Alumni Career Engagement & Network to lead career programming for alumni, with a focus on recent graduates. The role directs a suite of development offerings, including coaching, events, and digital resources, to strengthen the Tigers network and engagement across the university community.

The position oversees marketing efforts, data-driven program improvements, and collaboration with Advancement.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred: Master's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum two years of paid, internship, and volunteer experience in career consulting/coaching-related work.
Minimum two years experience in program development and management in higher education, non-profit, or private sector.

Mansioni

Directs creation and implementation of professional development programming and career consultation for alumni, focused on recent graduates and early-career professionals.
Introduces and manages new learning and development programs including Young Alumni Summit and online forums.
Develops and facilitates digital resources and assets such as LinkedIn alumni group and ACE web page.
Collaborates with Advancement Communications to produce social media content on career topics.
Provides 1:1 career coaching for resume, interview prep, and salary negotiation.
Supports data collection and reporting to improve programs and offerings.
Assists with marketing plans to raise awareness of Alumni Career Engagement offerings.
