Job summary

The University of St. Thomas seeks a Program Manager I for Graduate & Alumni Career Services to coordinate career development programs and resources for graduate students and alumni. This role partners with the Associate Director to deliver accessible, scalable support through technology, events, and partnerships across campus.

This position emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data management, and program assessment to advance career readiness and professional networks for graduates and alumni.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Business, HR, Communications, Counseling, or a related field.
• Three years of professional experience in program coordination, career services, higher education, workforce development, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, educational initiatives, or community engagement activities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, presentations, or group learning experiences.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing technology platforms to support programming, communication, or participant engagement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate career consultations for graduate students and alumni related to career exploration and job search strategies.
• Promote and support the use of career technologies and self-service resources.
• Coordinate access to career education materials, online resources, webinars, and digital content.
• Assist participants in navigating career resources and identifying next steps.
