• Requires seven+ years of data analysis, reporting, operations, IT or related management experience in higher education.
• Experience with fundraising software systems (Affinaquest, GiveCampus, Stripe) and reporting tools (Informer, Business Objects).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning abilities in a complex university environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees advancement resources budgets, strategy, and personnel within the Alumni Relations and Development division.
• Leads data integrity, reporting, and prospect research functions to support fundraising goals.
• Collaborates with campus units (ITS, Finance, HR) to build efficient, donor-friendly operations.
