Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to design, implement, and deliver Aladdin-based investment management solutions for our client organizations. You will manage cross-functional teams across technology and business units, drive the Aladdin roadmap, and ensure seamless integration with data and compliance processes.

The role requires extensive Aladdin experience, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics in business terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 7+ years in financial services or advisory to financial services.
• 6+ years hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Experience leading Aladdin implementations and managing tech advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Aladdin implementation projects and enhancements.
• Oversee data migration, environment readiness, and testing with stakeholders.
• Define Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud roadmaps across modules.
• Manage a team of business analysts and drive cross-functional communication.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and delivery best practices across projects.
