Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Aladdin Platform Lead in the United States to design, implement, and support cutting-edge investment management solutions powered by the Aladdin platform. You will own end-to-end deployments, collaborate with technology and business teams, and guide strategic platform initiatives in a fast-growing financial services environment.

This role requires 3+ years of Aladdin experience, strong leadership, and ability to translate complex technology topics into business language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services or advisory to financial services.
• 3+ years hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Experience leading Aladdin implementations.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid passport and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementations end-to-end.
• Lead BlackRock migration and environment readiness activities.
• Define Aladdin/Data Cloud implementation roadmap and data quality initiatives.
• Configure platform, compliance rules, workflows, and integration points.
• Create/use-case catalogue from client-provided use-cases.
• Coordinate governance reports and issue tracking with ACT teams.
• Mentor a team of business analysts and drive cross-functional communication.
• Promote best practices in system configuration and delivery methodologies.
