Job summary

EY is hiring for a senior Aladdin delivery lead to design, implement and support investment management solutions. You will partner with technology and business teams to ensure scalable, compliant Aladdin deployments aligning with EY's strategic vision.

You will guide cross‑functional teams through requirements, architecture, development and testing, while mentoring junior analysts and shaping the program roadmap within a growing investment organization.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience.
• Degree should be in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience at a financial services company or advising financial institutions.
• Experience in Hedge Funds, Wealth/Asset Management or as a management consultant.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience; demonstrated leadership of Aladdin implementations.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel; passport and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Aladdin implementations and enhancements.
• Coordinate migration readiness, data migration, and testing with teams.
• Develop Aladdin Data Cloud roadmap and drive data quality improvements.
• Configure platform, compliance rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Document client use-cases and support governance reporting.
• Coach junior analysts and foster cross-functional collaboration.
