Job summary

EY seeks a senior leader to design, implement, and support Aladdin-based investment management solutions. You will collaborate across technology and business teams to configure workflows, manage integrations, and transition to the Aladdin platform while ensuring efficiency and compliance.

As a platform owner and delivery lead, you will partner with senior stakeholders to align Aladdin solutions with EY’s strategic vision and shape the long-term roadmap in a fast-growing investment organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with 7 years.
• Degree fields: computer science, engineering, accounting, finance; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience at a financial services company or advising such firms.
• 6+ years hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
• Willingness to travel; passport and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementations end-to-end.
• Lead migration activities including environment readiness and data migration.
• Define the Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap.
• Drive platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points.
• Manage a team of business analysts and provide mentorship.
• Lead cross-functional communication between front, middle and back-office teams.
• Promote best practices in system configuration and delivery methodology.
• Stay current on Aladdin product enhancements and industry trends.
