Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Services Tech Consulting Manager specializing in BlackRock Aladdin for the NY area. You will design, implement, and support Aladdin-based investment management solutions, working with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable platforms aligned with strategic goals.

You will lead end-to-end projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade functions, while mentoring a team of analysts and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or MBA/MS with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in financial services or advisory roles.
• 3+ years hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Experience leading Aladdin implementations and multi-team delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation projects end-to-end.
• Lead migration activities including data readiness and testing.
• Define Aladdin implementation roadmap and data cloud integration.
• Oversee platform configuration, workflows, and integration points.
• Coordinate with ACT teams for issue resolution and governance reporting.
• Mentor and manage a team of business analysts and technology advisors.
• Foster cross-functional communication across front, middle and back-office teams.
