Job summary

EY is seeking a senior professional to lead Aladdin implementation projects for Hedge Fund and Wealth/Asset Management clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with technology and business teams, and drive governance and architecture decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial services, 3+ years of Aladdin experience, and strong communication skills. The role involves travel, leadership of a project team, and shaping project roadmaps within a dynamic advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related work experience in financial services
• 5+ years in financial services; advisor experience preferred
• 3+ years hands-on Aladdin experience
• Experience leading Aladdin implementations across multiple projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills
• Willingness to travel and possess travel-ready credentials

Responsibilities

• Define project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end
• Lead migration activities, data migration and regression testing
• Define Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap
• Configure platform, governance, and integration points across modules
• Document client use-cases into a catalogue
• Oversee issue tracking and governance reports
• Manage a team of business analysts and provide mentorship
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among front, middle, and back-office teams
• Stay current on Aladdin enhancements and industry trends
