Job summary

AMD in Austin, Texas is seeking a Senior Manager for AI Startups to drive strategic engagements with AI-native startups and shape product, business, and marketing strategies that complement AMD’s initiatives. You will evangelize AMD technology and enable sales through training while collaborating with sales, engineering, product marketing, finance, legal and executive teams.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, market analysis, and building partnerships across AMD’s data center

Qualifications

• Proven business development, technical sales, product management, or product marketing experience.
• Strong presentation abilities and strategic thinking.
• Experience analyzing market, portfolio, financial and strategic opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across sales, engineering, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the benefits of AMD based technology.
• Partner with other AMD subject matter authorities to tackle specific customer challenges.
• Engage in technical discussion around AI workloads and related infrastructure.
• Work with AI Native startups to identify and support during the process of acquiring AMD-based GPU Compute.
• Gather a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and clearly articulate the technical differentiation and value proposition associated with AMD versus competitors.
• Serve as a product, technology and market authority to AMD sales teams and customers.
