Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Operations, Global Customer Advocacy. This remote (Americas) role reports to the Senior Director, Global Customer Advocacy and will drive AI-powered innovation, strategic content development, and third-party customer validation.

You will lead AI-driven solutions adoption, amplify customer proof points across workflows, and strengthen market credibility through reviews and analyst engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing/advocacy or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex technology into compelling data-driven content.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Proven track record deploying AI-driven solutions and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered customer advocacy initiatives and integrate proof points into workflows.
• Establish AI impact measurement framework and track productivity gains.
• Develop strategic content aligned with core solution priorities for campaigns.
• Manage Gartner Peer Insights strategy and always-on review recruitment.
• Coordinate analyst engagement and support customer reference requests.
