Job summary

Commure is building an AI-native operating system for healthcare, enabling partnerships that extend its AI across major EHR vendors, ISVs, SIs, and reseller networks. You will own and scale the partnerships function, driving revenue and new capabilities while collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and finance to align terms and launch criteria.

You will start hands-on, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, with 3 days onsite in Mountain View or San Francisco, and travel 10–25%.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of total professional experience in SaaS or technology partnerships.
• Ability to earn trust with senior executives and turn relationships into active partnerships.
• Ability to present models and briefings to C-suite executives, boards, and other audiences, virtually and in person.
• Ability to engage with technical topics, APIs, and joint integration plans.
• Experience reviewing contracts and co-drafting terms with legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with major EHR vendors, including executive engagement and API priorities.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Develop channel, systems integrator, and reseller partnerships with signed agreements and joint plans.
• Define enablement plans and commercial terms with sales, legal, and finance, and extend to GPOs.
• Identify ISV, data, technology, and embed partners to expand capabilities and launch criteria.
• Plan partner events and turn meetings into qualified opportunities with clear owners.
• Track pipeline, conversions, revenue, and deployments; report weekly to leadership.
