Job summary

Commure is building AI-powered tools that remove friction between caring for patients and documenting that care. As a Senior or Staff Product Manager on our Ambient team, you'll own meaningful product surfaces end-to-end, working across engineering, clinical stakeholders, and major health system partners to ship products that providers actually want to use.

This Full Time position requires working 3 days a week in our Mountain View office (Hybrid).

Qualifications

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare tech.
• Strong generalist skills: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment.
• Technical fluency to understand integrations and APIs and discuss with engineers.
• Awareness of AI advances in LLMs, autonomous agents, and clinical NLP.
• Structured approach to user research: runs studies, synthesizes findings.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and intent to shape the role's evolution.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end: discovery through delivery, define requirements, coordinate with engineering, QA, and post-launch outcomes.
• Define the future of healthtech by building AI-powered workflows for providers and health systems.
• Build and manage health system relationships and ensure seamless integration into customer environments.
• Translate technical constraints into clear direction for engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.
• Go deep on user research: onsite with providers to surface pain points and validate solutions.
• Define success metrics and OKRs, prioritize based on data and provider impact.
• Grow into people leadership, with a path to mentoring other PMs.
