ODL, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Innovation and Data to drive the corporate innovation agenda, including AI and data programs, and to elevate IT as a strategic partner across functions.

You will establish governance, own the data platform, and lead the analytics and BI agenda with a focus on trusted data and responsible deployment. You will build a small team, partner with leaders across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and champion value-driven investments in emerging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data and Analytics, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in technology product management, data leadership, or digital transformation.
• Experience partnering with business units to deliver tech- and data-enabled outcomes.
• Experience owning data/platform strategy, governance, and BI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise innovation and data program, prioritizing where technology adds business value.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to translate friction points into tech initiatives.
• Build a governance framework with data ownership, quality standards, privacy, and retention policies.
• Lead the data platform and BI roadmap, ensuring trusted data for decisions.
• Establish and manage a small team and pilot agreements with tech partners.
