You’ll partner with a dedicated team in a hybrid work environment to transform engineering through informed decision-making and responsible data practices.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in technology or data strategy, a BA/BS in a related field, and a proven ability to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in technology, innovation or data strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes, data flows and engineering, survey and environmental consulting tech.
• Experience directing data governance and AI adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI, data governance and advanced analytics strategy across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to govern information assets with integrity.
