Job summary

ODL, Inc seeks a strategic leader to drive the corporate innovation agenda and enterprise data program, including AI and data governance, partnering with business units to deliver measurable technology-enabled improvements across the enterprise.

The role focuses on moving IT from reactive support to proactive business partnership, governing data, and delivering a trusted data platform to enable analytics and decision making, while reducing shadow IT and technical debt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data and Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.
• Product management, Agile, design thinking, or data management and governance certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in technology product management, data and analytics leadership, business relationship management, digital transformation, or a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate innovation agenda (including AI) and enterprise data program, creating a prioritized view of where technology and data investment create the most business value.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations leaders to understand gaps and translate them into tech and data initiatives.
• Build and maintain a business outcome-based roadmap for innovation, data, and AI with clear value hypotheses and success measures.
