Qualifications

6+ years experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or analytics with senior leaders on complex initiatives.
Knowledge of AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to shape solutions (not hands-on engineering).
Deep understanding of wealth management/financial services business models and how tech drives growth and client outcomes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery and translate strategy into executed outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define desired business outcomes with owners to shape AI/analytics solutions.
Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem framing to value realization.
Facilitate executive workshops to drive alignment and decision-making for complex initiatives.
Translate challenges into hypotheses and recommendations supported by data and tech capabilities.
Co-lead cross-functional teams to ensure feasible and well-governed solutions.
