Edward Jones in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to shape and lead our most complex enterprise AI products and reusable capabilities across domains and workflows.

You will own AI product strategy, discovery, adoption, lifecycle management, and measurable outcomes, working with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Risk, and Business teams to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions that create value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, product, analytics, or business field.
• Five or more years of Product Management experience.
• 1+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, or AI platforms.
• Ability to influence leaders, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, governance, privacy, security, and model risk.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision, value proposition, outcomes, priorities, and roadmap for strategic AI products and domains.
• Translate customer needs into scalable AI product strategies and requirements.
• Own lifecycle from discovery to retirement for strategic AI products.
• Define customers, use cases, and success measures with constraints and service expectations.
• Lead continuous discovery to identify problems, unmet needs, and high-value opportunities.
• Promote reusable patterns across models, agents, and governance capabilities.
• Communicate outcomes, risks, and lessons learned to senior leadership.
