Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Strategy, Design, Data or Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in strategy, strategic foresight, systems thinking, business transformation, product strategy, or enterprise innovation with AI expertise.
• Ability to translate signals and tech shifts into future-state concepts and implications for enterprise leaders.
• Experience evaluating opportunities for strategic fit, value, feasibility, adoption, risk, readiness, and dependencies.
• Ability to synthesize business, human, technology, data, and risk perspectives into decision materials for senior audiences.
• Proven ability to build alignment and influence across cross-function teams including governance stakeholders.
• Judgment and autonomy in ambiguous, pre-roadmap environments.
• Commitment to firm training on information security, privacy, responsible AI, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Defines and refines future-state visions and strategic framing for AI-enabled systems linked to business objectives and market signals.
• Explores long-range AI opportunities to guide roadmap priorities and governance pathways.
• Identifies and evaluates AI/opportunity spaces with decision criteria and recommendations for governance processes.
• Creates artifacts that help leaders evaluate trade-offs, dependencies, and capability implications across products, data, and AI.
• Models system-level impacts across advisors, associates, clients, AI systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Builds strategic alignment across business, design, technology, analytics, and governance stakeholders.
• Shapes strategic narratives and decision materials to clarify trade-offs and outcomes for executives.
• Monitors external AI trends to refine priorities and surface opportunities for value creation.
• Fosters concepts and services that drive competitive advantage through AI capabilities.
• Operates with autonomy in ambiguous environments and articulates transition criteria for exploratory concepts.
• Partners with leaders to incorporate evidence and establish transition points for deeper research or delivery.
