Zusammenfassung

ABC Fitness seeks an AI‑first web developer to own multiple web properties, migrate legacy WordPress sites, and build AI-driven workflows that automate page building, publishing, and QA. You will manage integrations with GTM, Marketo, and Salesforce while ensuring SEO-friendly migrations across a unified site.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Product Marketing to optimize structure and performance, and you’ll oversee human review gates for AI‑built outputs.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks: Next.js, Astro, React, and modern JS/TS.
• Experience migrating a legacy site (WordPress or similar) to a modern framework, not just building on a greenfield stack.
• Experience consolidating multiple web properties into one, including redirects, IA, and SEO-safe migration.
• Track record of building AI-driven or agentic systems for web development, publishing, or QA.
• Comfort using AI tools for design and prototyping, and turning that output into shipped front-end code.
• Experience standing up an agentic coding pipeline in production environments.

Aufgaben

• Own development and maintenance across our web properties, spanning Next.js/Astro/React and legacy WordPress.
• Lead migrations end to end, preserving SEO equity, tracking, and integrations.
• Plan and execute consolidation of separate web properties into a unified site with content migration and redirects.
• Build and manage AI-driven development systems and agentic workflows for page building, publishing, and QA.
• Define and maintain the human review gate for AI-built work before going live.
• Use AI tools for front-end design and prototyping, delivering production-quality code.
• Build and run CRO programs including multivariate and A/B testing across experiences.
