Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to lead a small elite team of SDETs. You will drive automation tools and AI-first testing across Mobile, Web, and APIs, enabling 30+ engineering squads to own quality end-to-end.

As a hands-on technical leader, you will shape the automation roadmap, partner with Product and Platform leaders, and modernize frameworks with scalable AI-assisted testing. Expect travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
7+ years in quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles, incl. 2+ years leading or managing a technical team.
Hands-on experience with automation across Web, Mobile, and API testing; AI/LLM concepts in QA.

Responsibilities

Own the vision and roadmap for automation and quality across Mobile, Web, and API surfaces.
Lead design and delivery of internal tools enabling 30+ squads to write tests and run regression suites.
Modernize automation frameworks with AI-augmented testing patterns and self-healing tests.
Drive quality metrics and governance across the organization.
